In form 3A contributions are shown in the month in which it is remitted.June's contribution will be calculated and deducted during the payroll preparation for June's salary.That will be in May and then remittance also is made in may.Thus in form 3A June's contribution details is to be shown in May.This is done because March is the end of financial year and remittances made after March cannot be considered in the annual statement.March remittance will be made usually in April which is the first month of next financial year.

In form 3A col. of months means "return Month" and not wage month and , therefore, the contribution for the wage month of May will be shown as contribution for the (return) month of June. It stars with return month April which shows the contribution of wage month of March and ends with return month of March which shows the contribution of wage month of February.
