Seeking Advice: How Can I Expand My HR and Admin Skills After 10 Years in the Field?

Hi everyone,

I have 10 years of experience in the Admin and HR departments. Currently, I am a Senior Executive handling Payroll for the past 4 years in the same company. I am a graduate of B.A. from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. I am looking to enhance my knowledge in the HR and Admin fields. Please help me, guide me, and provide me with some suggestions for further study.
