Dear Sir,
My name Is Pratik Sarwadnya. I also want to calculate ESI. but i can not understand how to calculate it.
specially i can not understand (total number of responses of 5 * 5)+(total number of responses of 4 * 4)+(total number of responses of 3 * 3)+(total number of responses of 2 * 2)+(total number of responses of 1 * 1)
what that star mark indicate? that is for multyplication.
and secound thing what is TOTAL (pt. d) * 5.
please explain what is pt.d

Dear Pratik,
Please download the Excel table attached by Autumn Jane. I am sure the table clearly explains what is done. You are correct, the star sign in ...5*5 represents multiplication. By clicking on different cells in the table will show you what has been done.

Dear PARI.NERURKAR,
please explain me the excel sheet calculation attached here.. I didnt understand about the numbers mentioned corresponding to each questions, usually emloyees will tick on the appropriate columns to show there satisfaction level for eg: for the fist question if he strongly agree then he will tick on 1st column and point should be four here in the first column it is mentioned 1 so what is the rating for that particular question?
