How Do You Design a Weekly Work Tracker to Plan and Track Effectively?

I am looking for a weekly work tracker kind of format in which we can track our work and also plan for the coming weeks. Can anyone give inputs to design this form.

That is a good one, Kumar.

PB, if you use Outlook for emails, you could use the calendar and notes section of it. It's pretty useful for planning, tracking work, and setting reminders too. I believe Lotus Notes has similar options too. I am not too sure about Netscape, though.
