This is Nisha M, pursuing my final year MSW, specialising in HR at MSSW.
I am currently engaged to study on the "PERCEPTION OF GEN X TOWARDS THE TALENT MANAGEMENT OF GEN Y".
Here i intend to study the views/perspectives of generation X employees(30-45 yrs) about the generation Y employees(18-29 yrs) at the workplace on different parameters like attraction, work strengths, weaknesses, benefits, satisfaction, challenges,retention,etc..
Hence i have successfully designed a questionnaire to quantify my study finding. Here i request management employees between 30-45yrs from any industry/sector to kindly respond to my questionnaire and thereby help me proceed with the findings of the study.
