EDLI And Admin Charges Contribution

Dear All Cite HR reader,
Please specify the payment calculation of EDLI and Admin charges for an exempted establishment. Ither it should calculate upon total wages or upon celling limit?

EDLI for exempted establishment is 0.001% same for unexmpted one is 0.01%,however admin charge is same for exempted & unexempted one i.e-1.01%

EDLI has to be paid on consolidated salary of applicable employees, subject to individual salary ceiling of Rs. 6500. i.e, total salary will not be taken into account. This clause is common to both exempted & unexempted orgalisations.
