How Can We Fairly Evaluate Employee Performance in a Project-Based Environment?

Dear Sir,

I wanted to ask about the performance evaluation of the employees. Our process is entirely project-based work. Each individual has a different type of work, making it very difficult to make peer-to-peer comparisons. Additionally, measuring the quality of work becomes challenging. It would be great if you could suggest some common parameters based on which the performance of all employees can be judged fairly. Some common performance parameters include leave adherence, participation in various activities, etc. Furthermore, if you could suggest some quality parameters, that would be greatly appreciated. For instance, how errors in work can be evaluated?
