Enhancing Employee Recognition: Award Certificate Wording Guidance

Hello,

We have a policy of the "Pat on the Back" award (acrylic stars) for recognizing employees' extraordinary work! We previously had a policy where employees could redeem three stars for a INR 500.00 Gift Voucher. However, employees now prefer to have the acrylic stars on their table rather than the vouchers.

We are now considering awarding them a wooden engraved certificate as a redemption for three stars. Could anyone help me with the best wording that can be engraved on the certificate?
