I need to send an email on the employee referral program in my company, asking employees to refer profiles that would be a good fit for the current open positions. I am looking for a sample email or some ideas on how to begin the communication on this topic.

The question is not clear. You have to write down the facilities or rewards given to the employee who refers anybody. Also, is there any grade, band, or level related to employment? Please provide detailed information for the members to give you feedback.
