Employee Referral Program

Hi Everyone
I have to send a mail on employee referral program in my company asking them to refer me the profiles who can fit in to the kind of position we have at present.
Need a sample mail or an idea on how to start on the same topic.

The question is not clear. You have to write down the facilities or rewards given to the employee who refers anybody. Again is there any grade, band or level on to the employment. Do give out the information in detail for the members to give you a feedback..
