I want to know about the registration procedure for a trust for Maa Durga Mandir. I am a postgraduate in science and have little knowledge of laws. In the beginning, since my father contributed a good sum of money from collection, the land was purchased in his name along with two more persons. Now, since the puja has completed its 5 years, I wanted to know the details for registration and how to go ahead for the formation of a committee so that fair management should be headed for the proper functioning of the committee. Also, an account could be opened in the trust's name for proper financial dealing.
