Dissertation topic - want to develop my career in specialising in HR in hospital

Hi, I am doing hospital administration and appointed at the post of health manager in a public hospital. I wanted some help regarding the dissertation topic. So I was really interested in doing something in Human resources. I also want to develop my career in specializing in HR in hospital
