How Can I Transition to an HR Consultant Role? Seeking Certification Advice and Career Tips

I am an MBA in HR working with a top IT organization. I have a keen interest in Organization Development and Organizational Behavior. I want to pursue my career in these two fields in a Counselor/Consultant kind of role. Are there any certification courses available for these? Also, please suggest what should be my career progression. I know it requires a lot of experience to be a consultant. Please suggest some good certification courses that will help me in my career progression and assist me in reaching my goals.

I hope you are doing great. I am reaching out to seek your advice. I currently work in a software company as an Executive HR. I have completed PGDBA HR from Symbiosis, Pune, through distance learning, and a regular diploma in Personnel Management from YMCA, New Delhi.

Now, I am looking to pursue another professional course, either a 6-month or 1-year program, that will benefit me in the long run. However, I am unsure about which course to opt for, especially in Delhi.

I would appreciate your suggestions on this matter.
