Dear all,
There is a provision known as "Deemed Confirmed." According to this provision, upon completion of your probation period, if the employer does not issue you an Extension of Probation letter, then you are deemed confirmed in the organization. This is supported by all Labor Acts.

So, don't hesitate to use it if required.
