Seeking Advice on Updating Our 2007 Campus Hiring and Induction Strategy for IT and Management Graduates

Hi Everybody!!!

We are in the process of reviewing our 'Campus Hiring Plan' for 2007, wherein we are trying to update our Campus Hiring Strategy & approach and integrate that with the training function as well by creating a customized induction plan for new joiners (freshers). This plan is meant for hiring technical (IT) staff and management graduates from reputed campuses only.

Would need help from you in this regard. It would be great if someone can share any such details with me in the form of contents, etc., which could help me create this plan for my organization.
