Contract Labour Are Eligible For Bonus Under Payment Of Bonus Act

Dear sir,
I am working on third party contract of MNC company from last 4 years. My basic salary is 9000/- and other allowances are 25990/- no DA. my contractor deducts PF considering (PF +DA = 9000/-) Is I am eligible for Bonus. Please guide me in this regards
