Employment Contracts: Should Employers Offer More Than Just a Congratulatory Letter?

Is it necessary for the employer to give a regularization contract to those who have qualified, or just a simple congratulatory letter? I need your advice.

As proof of employment, you need employment contracts for various documentation works. Additionally, there should be evidence of the benefits and remuneration assigned to that particular employee. Every employer should provide a second signed copy of the employment contract to the employee.
