Employment Contract - Contract Employee

Hi members,
Is it necessary for the employer to give a regularization contract for those who have been qualified or just a simple congratulatory letter?
Need your advice.

As a proof of employment, u need employment contracts in various documentary works and also there should be a proof of various benefits and remuneration assigned to that particular employee. Every employer should give a second signed copy of the employment contract to the employee.
