I have to recruit 90 sales and marketing professionals in the next 2 weeks, i.e., by the end of February. Can you please advise on what sources we can use to get a good response?

Yes, of course... all placement agencies charge you... it's their bread and butter.

1. "90" is not a small number and seems like a Herculean task, so I suggest you have a mix of consultants (good ones who can help you not just by forwarding the resume, but also in selecting them).

2. Have a Camp in College or Management Institutes.

3. Subscribe to a few job portals like Naukri.com, monster.com, timesjobs.com for 3 months.

4. Blogs like Citehr, LinkedIn, and Facebook are also good sources for candidates.

I think recruitment through consultants may help you out. You can even go for campus recruitment where you can recruit candidates in bulk or maybe arrange for a walk-in interview.
