Competency Evaluation

I am looking for competency evaluation methods. If anybody can help me how to evaluate competency level. Is there any standard tools??

Competencies can be evaluated with the help of Assessment centers.
In Assessment labs individuals demonstrate their natural responses in a controlled environment.
You can seek for professional help from consultants like DDI or SHL if your organization is keen on developing a performance based culture with key emphasis on competencies.
