Responsibility of Office Guest House - keeping track of the pantry, and its expenses

Dear All,

I have been given the responsibility of the Office Guest House - keeping track of the pantry and its expenses, guests coming and going, etc.

Can someone help/guide me on how to perform this task tactfully and professionally? I would like to have some formats for tracking guests, expenses, caretakers, etc.

In addition to the above, please provide a register to the Guest House guard to maintain the following details. By doing so, you will receive all the answers you need and be able to develop a customized Management Information System (MIS).

Guest House (1) Movement Register (Gate No. 1) S.No. >> Date >> Time >> Movement type (In/Out) >> Movement of (Guest/Staff/Material/Other) >> Purpose of Movement >> Total Count (personnel) >> Total Count (Material/Belongings) >> Remarks

If the above-mentioned register is maintained accurately, you will obtain the basic proof/track records of activities occurring in the guest house. It is crucial to conduct surprise inspections of the register on a weekly basis to authenticate the details provided.

Formats are really very useful. The first format, I need to consult my seniors on how it is prepared. All the formats are extremely professionally impressive.

Sanjiv, today I was going through other formats where in the "OFFICE EXPENSE XLS" pass is required. Kindly disclose the password. Awaiting your prompt reply.

Hi Friends,

Excuse me for the delayed reply as I was traveling. These Excel sheets are TEMPLATES. Templates must be preserved; hence, the read-only status. You need to save them as "new file name" and then you can make all the changes and customize them to your needs.
