Hai, I need to Brief Caliculations of Earned Leaves, And tell me the rules And procedure of the encashment of earned Leaves. please give me reply.

PENSION 8.33% OF EARN BASIC OUT OF EMPLOYEER’S SHARE OR 541/- WHICH IS MORE * REMANING AMOUNT TRANSFERS TO PF 2



A/C NO 21


0.5% ON EDLI BASIC


A/C NO 22

ADMN. CHARGES. 0.01% ON EDLI BASIC

First of all tell me whats u Required P. F Calculation or Earned Leaves Calculation.
If you Required P.F calculation so see the Above mail of Mr.Atul Ghumatkar Hope above Data Helpful for you.
If you Required Earned Leave Calculation Then See the Below Steps:
Step 1:Count the no of Actual working days of worker with in a year (Jan To Dec). { Exp: Actual Working Day=240}
Step 2: Then Sum of same Divided by 20. { EL=240/20, EL=12}
Step 3: After That apply Formula i.e. Current Salary/26*EL
{ Leave encashment = 8000/26*12=3692.30 Rupees}

Can anyone tell me wheather this formula is correct please.Got this formula form someone who is working as a manager in manufacturing company as i m getting confused by seeing numerous formula.
Basic+DA/30*15*Toal no of earned leaves avail.
