EPF Withdrawal Issue

Dear All,
Kindly let me know that it is whose responsibility (the company or the employee) to follow up the matter of the EPF withdrawal status after sending the documents to the EPF office.

Nothing check your bank account regularly if payment didn't received go to epfo office with acknowledgement and ask them why the matter was pending.

Dear Rajshree,
I feel that it is the company's responsibility to check and let the employee know regarding the status.But most of the companys don't do it.You directly walk in to the PF office and get the token for status quiry, write the PF number and give to them, immediatly they will let you know the status.

No company is only responsible to fill & attest the withdrawl claim if once it was submitted for settlement then it is claiment responsiblity to get the updation from pf office.
