The 40-45-48 hour a week with 5-5 and a half-6 day week system needs an out-of-the-box review. While the employees need rest breaks, should the employment infrastructure shut down, many qualified personnel are without jobs, and time extensions are a common feature in most organizations, courts being no exceptions.
