Interesting! I had a doubt though... Can you elaborate on "If we focus on results, change will not happen and if we focus on change, results will"? I doubt if that's universal.

That was really amazing and truly inspirational about the life of eagles, especially the 150 days of painful change that leads to 30 years of energetic life. I think, in general, we are all averse to change, but once it happens, life would truly be enjoyable and fulfilling.

If you focus only on the result, can you achieve this with a bicycle, or will you change to a faster mode of transport? This is universal.
