Summer Project - Guidance Required !!!!!

Hello Members,
Iam persuing my PGDBA and have completed my summers today and iam in a dilemma as i have to prepare my project report now so i have actually worked for PMS as initially where i was working i have worked there for Recruitments i am confused about the matter that i should include in my project report. I know the members here are very well informed about the competitive situation among students now, i really need your help to draft my project report.

Prepare the PPT first... Pretend to give presentation to a group of people on what you have done during your project days..
Think of the questions they might ask you.. Prepare for the same...
This would help you in determining, in which topic you are more confident and what are the questions you can easily answer...
Most of the universities don't give any marks for Summers [our's didn't] but it does matter when you sit for the final placements... So keep in mind to give report only on the subject that you are more confident about

I am Rajesh Vyas, now iam persuing mba from IMD at new delhi,iam going to do my summer internship in a bearing manufacturing industry, specialization in marketing & H.R so i want some good tips and format to prepare my project more effectively, and some good sites addresses also and details regarding bearings in todays automotive world, so plz guide me in this matter,
