HR Managers: How Do You Explain Job Changes in Your Own Interviews?

Hi, I am an HR manager working with an IT company as an HR & Admin manager. I have asked many times to my candidates for the reason for changing jobs. I got some good convincing answers as well. Now, the same question is also going to come up because I am going for an interview with one good organization. What should be the best answer for an HR manager for this question? Please help.

You yourself know better than anybody else what a suitable answer could be because of prior experience. In our opinion, the best answer to change is the one aligned with your long-term career goals. In fact, if you have planned your career in advance, you can very well explain the connection between the role on offer and the goal you have in mind.
