Sorry, I tend to agree with Ajmal. For an organization like Tata AIG, one would expect a much more detailed and professional HR policy. Please note Zhuman's comment. Sweta, the presentation is good but it can be further polished and professionalized. I hope you take this as constructive input and develop from there. Sorry, this is my personal opinion.

Good to know about the HR policy of TATA-AIG. However, I am very unfortunate to say that TATA AIG has ruined a professional career. They do not have a proper grievance handling department.

Hey, thanks for the response. Well, I guess some of you are mistaken that I am from Tata AIG. I am pursuing my MBA in insurance, and this is a part of my assignment. I'll make sure to try to be more professional with my work from next time onwards.

Interesting presentation. Reading the policy, there are so many loopholes to point out, but still worth the read. I think it will help some of the new employees getting in. I read a complete one recently on http://careerinteract.com, but this seems better.
