I am doing my summer project in a company for 2 months, and the work I have been given is the conversion of a job analysis form which lists all the responsibilities of the job holder into a format that includes 4 perspectives - Financial, Customer, Innovation, and Internal. However, I am confused about what to choose as my project title and what should be the focus of the project. The company is currently in the implementation phase of performance management and is a financial company. Please help me out.
