Earned leaves can be encashed based on the Basic or Gross Salary, and the number of days taken can be either 26 days or 30 days.

I have a query regarding the leave policy. When we encash the annual leave, should it be applicable at the current basic rate or the revised rate on a monthly basis as it may have increased during the financial year?
