Thank you for the excellent sheet. I just have a question. I am working in a company with 1400 employees. I want to calculate the retention per quarter. So, for the 1st quarter, I have 27 leavers. When I tried using this sheet, the result I got was: total number of days / total number of employees = 1750.

Hi Neha,

Thank you for the worksheet; I am sure it will help me in one way or another. There are some KPIs that we have to meet regarding retention, but ours is a more complicated system with a regular turnover. So, thanks anyway. In case I come up with something more interesting, I shall send that to you.

Total Employees: 261
Total Days: 161048
Retention Rate: 617
