just I have a question
I am working in a company with 1400
I wanna calculate the retention per Quarter
so the 1st the Quarter I have 27 leavers
when I tried this sheet
that was the result
total no. of days / total no. of employees = 1750
help please

Thanks for the worksheet, I am sure it will help me one way or the other. There are some KPIs that we have to meet as far as retention is concerned, but ours is a more complicated system of a regular turnover. So thanks anyway, in case i come up with something more interesting, i shall send that to you.
