How Do I Reconcile Employee Salaries After Payment? Seeking Guidance!

I am in need of a salary reconciliation after finishing the salary. I have to provide a reconciliation that must show that the salaries paid to the employees are reconciled.

Salary Reconciliation Format

A simple format for salary reconciliation is shown below:

Example to reconcile salary for this month - April:

- Salary for the month of March - gross salary (rupees)
- Add: Salary of employees not included in March
- Less: Salary of employees not included in the current month

This will give you the salary for the present month.
