How to get access to management journals or subscribe to any of them?

Hi, Can anyone suggest to me how to get access to management journals or subscribe to any of them?

It all depends upon where you are working. IITs and IIMs subscribe to a lot management journals. Scholarly journals are very expensive.
You can access abstracts at Emerald: Welcome to Emerald Then you can trace the authors and write to them and see if they will provide a copy; some do.
