Struggling to Access Management Journals? How Do You Subscribe to Them?

Can anyone suggest how I can gain access to management journals or subscribe to any of them?

It all depends on where you are working. IITs and IIMs subscribe to a lot of management journals. Scholarly journals are very expensive.

You can access abstracts at Emerald: Welcome to Emerald. Then you can trace the authors and write to them to see if they will provide a copy; some do.

The Department of Labour in Kerala publishes a monthly magazine in Malayalam called Thozhil Kshema Rangam. It also features some English articles. Those in Kerala may find it useful as revised minimum wages notification, important LLJ citations, etc., are published in it.
