Please find the answers to your queries:
First of all, you are not eligible for the deduction of ESI because your basic + DA is above the coverage of Basic + DA, i.e., Rs. 10,000/- provided under the Act. So, in view of this, you fall into the category of an exempted employee under the ESI Act.
For PF deduction, I want to know whether you were employed somewhere before this job and were a member of PF. If you were a member of PF earlier, then your PF deduction shall be at the rate of 12% on basic, i.e., Rs. 15,000/-. If this is your first job, then you may be placed under the category of Exempted employees.
Now, in this situation, I would like to clarify here that as per the EPF Act, the qualifying amount for deduction is Rs. 6,500/-, and the deduction of PF on Rs. 6,500 is a must. The rest depends on your employer, whether as per policy, they used to deduct PF on the whole basic or up to Rs. 6,500/-.
For the rest of PT, etc., I don't have any idea.
Regards,
Sanjay
