Ok ,
if you already have a counter part there who is ready to export to you then what is the problem ...
If only the problem is the license then you can import in other company who has a license .. If you want I can import it in my companies names .. as we are aleady into imports of various products but yes it wil cost u a little more cause then I wil have to bill you localy and you wil have to bare the tax in india as well if you are outside of Karnataka then CST if in karnataka then VAT .
do let me know if you would be intersted I can arange to have teh complete logistics done from picking the shippment from china , getting customs clearnce here in india and have the material deliveried to your doorstep..
