Hi,
For ISO audit, and for HR,
Firstly are you an internal auditor for HR or Management Representaive for ISO.
as per that your organization will give a letter as Internal Auditor, and you should be trained in ISO you should have ISO awarness training programme.
Which version is your organization following like ISO 9001 2000 or iso 9001 2008
Secondly For HR you have maintain employee details their offer letter, appointment letter, exit internview letters, perfomance letters etc..

Hi,
If your organisation is ISO certified. Then You have to read HR procedure, which is signed for ISO by HR Head and you have to follow the same procedure and formats for documentation and audit.
There is nothing standard documentation for ISO.
ISO says that what are you doing practicaly writedown the same and controlled/standarise for the entire organisation.
for furthure details feel free to contact

Normaly the ISO documentation will have the set of documents which are used in the organization. They will check with that and make approve.. Then we at the organization have to document it and follow the same.. The only point in ISO standards are documenting and documenting ;)
