The common problems are:
Attrition rate is high.
If the target is not completed, you may have to work in two shifts.
Sexual harassment (does not always occur).
The client not sticking to the promises made regarding payments.
Harassment from fellow workers sometimes occurs.
Other minor related issues include transportation, food, etc.
