i am about to start my dissertation (project) on the HRM, and my interest is to do it on the call centre industry. Can you all please giude me or suggest any topic in regards of this.

If u want to do ur project in call center and that to in HR u can do ur project either in recruitment and selection or attrition rate in call center and policies for retention of candidates.

The common problems are
Arttrtition rate is high,
if the target is not completed you may have to work in two shifts
Sexual harassments ( need not be always)
The client not sticking on this promises made up for payments
harassment form the fellow workers some times.
other minor related issues like transport, food etc.
