Struggling with Manual Leave Tracking? Seeking an Automated Excel Solution for 50 Staff Members

I am struggling with using a manual leave calculator as it is not easy to see at a glance who is on leave, when they are on leave, and their return date. I have around 50 staff members.

Could someone please provide me with a Staff Leave Calculator in Excel or MS Access that automatically calculates the leave status of staff on an annual basis?
