NOC for release of employer - I've been worrying about this so-called NOC

Hi Mr. HR I'm new here I've been worrying about this so-called NOC, my contract due is fast approaching and I don't intend to renew it, when we had a conversation wd my employer, he gave me an exit but he told me he will not give me any of certification, is it a NOC or something he tried to say? I'm afraid if I couldn't have the NOC I can't have my new job at a later time... Pls send me a good sample of the NOC for the release of the employer, or anything for that matter... thanx, and more power 2u...

Noc required for after resignation of employee

Hi,

As per the terms and conditions of the contract unless otherwise renewed the contract will come to and end. In this NOC is not required. If required you can collect experience certificate.. certifying your stint with the employer.. that will be sufficient. Otherwise letter of contract issued initially by the employer will be sufficient.

You can ask for experience letter with the employer.
