Worried About Not Getting an NOC? How It Might Affect Your Job Prospects and What to Do

Hi Mr. HR,

I'm new here and I've been worrying about this so-called NOC. My contract due date is fast approaching, and I don't intend to renew it. When we had a conversation with my employer, he gave me an exit, but he told me he will not provide me with any certification. Is it an NOC or something he was trying to say? I'm afraid that if I couldn't obtain the NOC, I won't be able to secure my new job later on. Please send me a good sample of the NOC for the release from the employer, or anything related.

Thank you, and more power to you.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Required After an Employee's Resignation

A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is often required after an employee resigns from their position. This document serves as proof that the employer has no objections to the employee leaving the company and can be crucial for securing future employment opportunities.

Hi, As per the terms and conditions of the contract, unless otherwise renewed, the contract will come to an end. In this case, an NOC is not required. If needed, you can collect an experience certificate certifying your stint with the employer; that will be sufficient. Otherwise, the letter of contract issued initially by the employer will be enough. You can ask for an experience letter from the employer.
