Dear All,
Can you please help me out with the possible list of employee benefits that can be provided to employees in India? It will be helpful if you can suggest some benefits that are not generally provided across industries. Also please do suggest the benefits on which one can save tax? i am indicating a list of benefits that are common. It will be great if you can provide me with data outside the list of benefits given below.
• Provident Fund
• Gratuity
• Superannuation/pension
• Housing
• Car
• Loans
• Life insurance protection for dependants
• Health/disability benefits
• Medical benefits for employees and their families
• Leave encashment
