It i sindeed a nice piece of information u shared.... thanx a lot... can u plz guide me as to hw shld i design a performance appraisal system in a web designing company havng 350 employees. wht shld be the parametres ... i should take care while designing the questionaires....and also if u cld through a light on the final PA report structure..
