Transitioning from Recruitment to General HR: How Can I Make This Career Switch?

I am into recruitment since 2 years into ITES and IT. However, I was handling joining formalities for couple of months, apart from recruitment. Iam Planning to do MBA thr ‘ correspondence.
Can u suggest me? Whether I have to complete my MBA to get into General HR.
