How I Turned a Friend's Script into a Motivational Presentation: Thoughts?

I have made a presentation on motivation. Hope you all will appreciate the same. An unknown friend has emailed me the script, and I converted it into a presentation with a few inputs from me. Never mind, this is the age of joint missions, and the ultimate aim is to enhance the readers' minds.
