Starting a CIPD Management Report on Absenteeism: Can Anyone Share Examples?

I am in the process of starting a CIPD management report on absenteeism and was wondering if anyone has any example reports I could look at, please.

I used this to track absenteeism. I got it from here. I have January ready; you just need to copy and paste for the other months. Hope this helps.
