My director has asked me to first conduct the written Test to see the proficiency of the person in English Language .
I am planning to include Essay Writing,Vocabulary Test,Grammar Test
Cud u all suggest me some thing more and also the topic for ESSAY that is related to IT.Since mine is an IT firm
