We are a manufacturing company based in Rajasthan. We have been in business for over 40 years and have now expanded significantly, operating 5 manufacturing units with a turnover of several thousand crores. As a family-owned business, we have been lacking in defined systems and policies.

We are currently undergoing a transformation phase and aim to transition from a family-owned business to a professionally managed organization.

Our first step in this transformation is to draft a comprehensive Company Policy for HR and Administration, ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
