New to HR? Need Help Creating a Competency Matrix for 78 Employees in ITES?

Hi,

I am new in the HR field and working in an ITES company as an Executive-HR. I have to prepare a competency matrix. Can anybody help me with this? There are 78 employees in my company. I would appreciate it if anybody could provide a sample of a competency matrix.
