Psychometric Tests in Hiring: Which Ones Do You Use and Recommend?

Hi all,

Please help me by sharing which psychometric tests and scales you use in the recruitment and selection process.

Hi,

I am Jo from Bangalore.

Provide a range of psychometrics that support selection, which are valid and reliable and meet British Psychological Standards:

1. 15FQ+ and online 200-question assessment, very similar to 16PF version 5, with an interpretative report, ideal for recruitment for managers and senior managers.

2. OPP, another sturdy trait-based instrument for selection for junior levels, online, with interpretative reports.

3. SPI for identifying sales aptitude for sales professionals, including managers.

Ability tests include:

- GRT1 (for all graduate/professional staff)
- CRTB2 (for all graduate/professional staff)
- ART (for all graduate/professional staff) ... you missed this one out but could be key as a non-verbal measure of ability.
- GRT2 (non-graduate professional staff)
- TTB MRT2 for technical roles i.e., engineers, mechanics - not electronics
- TTB SRT2 for higher-level technical roles - could include electronics
- CTB for clerical and admin staff

I am attaching a summary of assessments offered by me.

Please feel free to contact me at 09448270474 or [Login to view] for any support.

Best wishes,

Jo
