Recently, we had DISC personality training for all the salespeople in my organization. I have been asked to conduct some activities based on DISC training. Could I request all of you to please help me with this?

I would suggest you consider pursuing one of the DISC certifications. I am a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). The advantage of such a certification is that you not only gain the required knowledge but also receive tools and activities as part of the course content. These tools can be beneficial for sales, interviews, and strategic communication.

Thank you very much. I will definitely get in touch with both consultancies as I am also keen to do so. Can I request you to please suggest some activities that can be conducted with the theme of DISC personalities? I found a couple of them on Google.

Also, as an HR professional, to motivate our sales team, I want to conduct competitions like Educator of the Month or Team Player of the Month.
