Shops & Establishment - Shop Establishment Form

Hi All
I would need certain clarity on form 2 & 5 in shops and establishment, can any one have an idea about the same, why need to take this ? and where i will get this forms

Hi if u r want to register in rajasthan state under shop & est. act,
form no.1,7,13,&15 are required with proof of address id and owner(s) detail.u have to file all the documents in labour department.

Dear ALL,
Can any one help me out wheather Airline office comes under shop & establishment Act ? Is it applicable to Service Indusrty ? IF yes do we need to follow BOmbay Shop & Establishment ACT? as the we have our office in Ahmedbad.

you will collect the hardcopy of the forms in shop.You will declare list of holidays in Form5.
