How Do You Organize Employee Birthdays in a Small Company? Here's My Approach!

Greetings,

I've prepared a birthday calendar for my organization's employees. As our organization is a small one, I've made it in one sheet. You can customize it according to the size of your organization, such as dividing it month-wise, branch-wise, department-wise, etc.

On the top, you can mention the Company Day Celebration date. You can also include contact numbers if required. I haven't done that as it would unnecessarily increase the company telephone bill.

Quite nicely made, but it limits its usage as a Yearly Planner since it may contain sensitive information. Therefore, it can only be used internally by the HR Department and cannot be placed on the Company's Notice Board.

Good compilation. A suggestion: Consider hyperlinking the staff's email against the date and write a program to send across a greeting mail automatically on that day. I'm sure this is possible. Come on, technical wizards, help.
