Please tell me how we can calculate gratutity, urgent required.

Hi,
Gratuity is calculated as per the following formula:
Basic salary*(15/26)*No. of years of service completed in the current organization.
pls. note that
1. An employee is eligible for gratuity only if he / she completes 5 years of uninterupted service with the organization.
2. 15 (in the formula) = 15 days of the month (for a working year)
3. 26 (in the formula) = total working days in a month.

Please make a note of Gratuity Calculation
Calculation={Lastdrawn(Basic+DA)*15*No.of years}/26
i.e.After compeltion of 5 years contibuous service then only employee wil eligible for gratuity.
